    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the UZ Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Services We Offer

    UZ Technologies provides IT services including but not limited to web development, website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI and machine learning solutions, cloud services, digital marketing, SEO services, e-commerce development, SaaS development, cybersecurity, DevOps, data analytics, and IT consulting. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each project are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    When you engage our services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
    • Share necessary assets, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
    • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
    • Make payments as per the agreed schedule
    • Ensure you have the legal right to all content and materials you provide

    4. Payments and Billing

    Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless stated otherwise, we require an advance payment before starting any project. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined in our refund policy. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and international wire transfers.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. However, we retain the right to use general-purpose components, frameworks, and libraries that are not project-specific. We may also showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

    6. Confidentiality

    We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, proprietary information, or project details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

    7. Project Timelines

    We make every effort to deliver projects on time. However, timelines may be affected by delays in client feedback, changes in project scope, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

    8. Warranties and Limitations

    We deliver our services with professional care and industry-standard practices. However, we do not guarantee that our solutions will be completely free of bugs or errors. We provide a warranty period (typically 30 days after delivery) during which we fix reported bugs at no extra cost. Beyond this period, bug fixes and updates are covered under maintenance agreements.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    UZ Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

    10. Termination

    Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Any advance payments for unstarted work will be refunded within 15 business days.

    11. Use of Website

    You agree not to misuse our website, tools, or services. This includes but is not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content without permission, or using our free tools for competitive analysis purposes.

    12. Third-Party Services

    Our solutions may integrate with third-party services such as cloud providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    14. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
